We deliver to Germany and to all countries of the European Union.

The order value for free shipping is the merchandise value after discounts. Free delivery applies only within Germany. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time: 3–5 working days in Germany, 3–10 working days to other EU countries, each starting on the day after receipt of payment. Pre-orders are shipped from the delivery date stated for the item.
Carriers: Hermes (Germany), DHL (other EU countries). As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive an email with the tracking number.
Payment

Payment takes place on the secure pages of the respective provider. Your card details never reach our servers. The amount is due when the order is completed.
Returns and withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt – most easily via “Withdraw from contract” at the bottom of every page. You bear the cost of returning the goods. Details are in the withdrawal policy.

The minimum order value in the retailer area is €150 net. Tiered prices, minimum quantities and – once approved – the payment term for purchase on account are shown in the retailer area. All consumer prices include statutory VAT; retailer prices are plus VAT.
