How to collect points
- €1 = 10 pointsFor every euro of goods in your paid orders – after discounts, excluding shipping. If something is refunded, the points are deducted again.
- +250 pointsOnce, when you follow @toasted.official on Instagram – via the button in your account.
- +250 pointsOnce, when you follow @toasted.clothing on Instagram – also via your account.
- +250 pointsOnce, when you subscribe to the newsletter and confirm by email.
Good to know
- Points from the last 12 months count. Older points drop out gradually.
- You keep a roast level you have reached for at least 12 months. After that, the last 12 months count again.
- The discount applies automatically at checkout when you are signed in – on all items that are not reduced. Sale items are excluded.
- Points are not credit: they only determine your roast level and cannot be paid out or transferred.
- Retailers have their own roast levels with trade terms – shown in the retailer account.
- When you level up, we send you a short email. You can see your current status in your account at any time.
